HeadFirst has been connecting independent professionals (freelancers), suppliers of professionals and clients since 1995. Independent professionals and suppliers of professionals offer their expertise to clients through us. And clients hire all available knowledge from this independent knowledge network through us. Our starting point: the right person in the right place at the right time for the right period.

In the more than 20 years of our existence, we have gained a lot of experience with the risks of external hiring, associated laws and regulations, and administration. So we ensure that everything is perfectly arranged, from insurance to contracts and administration.

HeadFirst is part of HeadFirst Group, which allows us to benefit from the extensive knowledge and strong network of the group. A rich history

HeadFirst started in 1995 with the aim of giving companies more control over external hiring. Thanks to an early focus on collaboration with freelancers and acquiring names like Rabobank and Vattenfall, we quickly became a leading player. Since establishing our office in Hoofddorp, we have become a preferred supplier for many companies, with a strong focus on efficient talent management. 

Through the merger with Source, we became the market leader within the flexible market, and with the acquisition of Managed Service Provider Staffing MS, we further expanded our service package. The launch of Striive marked a new milestone, establishing an international platform for mission-driven talent and ensuring we are ready for the future.

Environmental management

ISO 14001 is a standard in the field of environmental management. By using an environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard, the environmental risks of business operations can be controlled and, if possible, reduced. 
The ISO 14001 system is designed to integrate optimally with ISO 9001.

Information Security

ISO 27001 is a globally recognised standard in the field of information security. This certification demonstrates that we continuously control and improve our information processes and ensure the confidentiality of business-critical (customer) information. 

Quality Management

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management. This certification assesses whether we are able to meet the requirements set by our customers, including those related to laws and regulations. Additionally, the requirements serve as a foundation for our quality management system. 

Internal liability

A quality mark of the Labour Standards Foundation for organisations that mediate temporary staff. The quality mark imposes requirements on the payment of taxes and social security contributions. Furthermore, you can be assured that an organisation with the NEN 4400-1 mark only offers staff who are allowed to work in the Netherlands.
